This collection contains one photograph album mostly depicting life at the Heart Mountain incarceration camp in Cody, Wyoming. The album contains photographs of facilities, events, jobs, and others in the camp as well as few photographs taken during the prewar and postwar periods. The Sumi Family Manzanar Photographs includes two digitized photographs from the Sumi family, who were forceably removed to the Manzanar incarceration camp during World War II. Some of the material in this collection is digitized and available online.
Sylvester (Owen M.) Tule Lake Photograph Collection
This collection contains one box of photographic images taken by Captain Owen M. Sylvester while at Tule Lake Segregation Center during a military occupation as a member of the 772 Military Police Battalion in 1943. This collection is digitized and available online.

Gingo Tanaka Papers
This collection contains ephemera from Gingo Tanaka as well as newspaper publications and a booklet from the Gila Rivers incarceration camp. Most of this collection has been digitized and is available online.
Tawa Family Letters
The collection consists of mainly letters to Sukegoro and Chiyoko Tawa from their family and friends between the 1920s and 1960s. Also included are wartime documents issued during the Tawas' incarceration and copies of Sukegoro Tawa's case file as well as family and friends' portraits, and haiku poems.
Terminal Island/Port of Los Angeles Collection
This collection contains of over 400 black-and-white negatives and photographic prints of Terminal Island, Port of Los Angeles, San Pedro, Port Hueneme, and Catalina Island, taken between 1938 and 1947. Photographs include businesses, residences, airports, warehouses, coastlines, railroads, and neighborhoods. The collection has been digitized and most of the material is available online.
